How do I submit a Technology Support Request?
1. Visit support.oakwoodschool.org
2. In the top right hand corner, click on "Submit a Request"
3. Now we can fill out the request form.
Please try to fill this out as best you can when submitting support requests. This helps us narrow down things like location and type of issue quickly and efficiently. You can also attach screenshots or files in the optional Attachments section.
4. Under Attachments, click Submit
5. Once you click submit, you should see a confirmation window pop up in the top right hand corner of your browser window.
You will also receive a confirmation email reporting that we have received your request.
