Accessing Asset Essentials
Asset Essentials is the new work order platform for the Oakwood Facilities team. It was implemented in the Spring of 2023 and is available to all Oakwood Faculty and Staff only. Parents and Students do not have access to this platform.
1. Log into your Oakwood email account
2. In the top right hand corner, click on the "waffle" icon or the App tray icon
3. In the list of apps, scroll down to find the "Facilities Work Orders" icon. Click on the icon.
4. If you are signed in correctly, the Facilities work order platform, Asset Essentials, will load for you automatically.
When do I submit work orders?
Oakwood Faculty and Staff may submit work orders that are related to including, but not limited to, groundskeeping, plumbing, electrical etc.
